We are currently offering free support sessions for new and expectant parents and their 0-2 year olds in partnership with Derby City Family Hubs. 

 

If you could benefit from support with your own wellbeing and selfcare, or perhaps you’re struggling with sleep, loneliness, children's big feelings or behaviours, you're welcome to drop into any of the sessions we are delivering for Derby City Family Hubs. 

 

Creative drop-in’s every week at Sinfin Family Hub 

Tuesdays 10:00am -11:30am 

345 Sinfin Ln, Sinfin, Derby DE24 9SF 

 

Emotional literacy enriched play and creative activities for babies and young children + creative wellbeing activities for parents and carers. Get creative and take some time for you while your children explore and play, or just come along for a drink and a chat. If you are an expectant parent, or a parent who won’t have children with them that day, you are also very welcome. No need to book, just come along. 

 

Feeling nervous about attending on your own? Register and someone will be in touch to arrange greeting you outside before you come in.  

 

Introducing Emotions Course at Becket Family Hub 

Thursdays 9:30-11:30am 

35 Stockbrook St, Derby DE22 3WR 

 

A free 10-week course for parents and their 0-2 year olds. Gently introduce emotional literacy through stories, play and creativity. Support the whole family’s wellbeing, ask questions, explore a different emotion each week, and access activities and ideas that you can continue at home.

Hub Club Drop-in at Derwent Family Hub 

Thursdays 1:30pm-3:00pm 

Monmouth St, Chaddesden, Derby DE21 6BD 

 

We will be supporting Derwent’s Hub Club each week bringing along Toys, books and activities for parents and children 

 

Hub Clubs offer a chance to play, stay, chat, and meet new friends. Light snacks are provided and there’s no need to book, just come along.
