🎄✨ All I want for Christmas is... a parent session in our new Derby Cares Café! ✨🎄 Join us for a special evening just for parents to focus on your wellbeing. Take some time for YOU on the run up to Christmas. 💫 December can be such a busy and overwhelming time of year, and as parents we are often so busy planning and organising for everyone else that we don't get enough time to focus on ourselves. 🎁 Come and join us for a relaxing creative activity to help you think about what YOU need and want as we approach Christmas. Hot drinks and mince pies will be served, and everyone will receive a self-care kit to take home. ☕️ All parents and expectant parents are welcome. 📅 Thursday 5th December ⏰ 6PM - 8PM 📍 Derby Cares Café, Bridge the Gap, 10/11 St. Mary’s Gate, Derby, DE1 3JR
